Prairie Co-op gives back to its communities, and one way is through donation requests. If your organization is having an event and is looking for some financial support or prizes for a giveaway or raffle, we can help!

Download the form below outlining the scope of your event and what you are requesting. Please return the form at least ONE WEEK before your event for approval and processing.

Return the completed forms to the Administration Office in one of the following ways:

• Email to marketing@prairiecoop.com, or
• Fax to (306) 728-2875, or
• Mail to Prairie Co-op, Box 1330, Melville SK, S0A 2P0, or
• Drop off in person to the Administration Office, located at 751-7th Ave. W. Melville, SK.

The Administration Office is open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
