COVID-19 Response

Update: January 22, 2021

To our Members, Owners and Customers of Prairie Co-operative LTD,

An employee at our Fort Qu'Appelle Food Centre informed us that they received a positive test result for COVID-19 January 21, 2021. Our team member last worked on January 16, 2021 from 10:00am - 7:00pm and has been self-isolating since, and will continue to do so until instructed by the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Prairie Co-op will follow the direction of the Saskatchewan Health Authority as it is provided. The health and safety of our
team members and our customers is paramount as we provide essential goods to our communities, while we face this challenge together.
Our priority remains to serve our friends and neighbours while keeping our team members and customers safe and healthy.
Prairie Co-op has had a deep clean of the effective areas completed on January 21, 2021 and will continue with our already high standards for frequent cleaning, sanitation and practicing physical distancing measures (including utilizing the plexi-glass barriers at our counters), as well as wearing masks to protect those around us. Team members are asked to stay home if feeling unwell. We have and will continue to encourage all team members to seek testing and undergo self-isolation if they or their family members feel any potential COVID-19 symptoms.

We understand the impacts of COVID-19, which is why we want to be transparent and disclose broad details about any
confirmed cases like this one while ensuring the confidentiality of our team members. We will continue to share how we are

evaluating and enhancing this response as our environments continue to change.

Positive COVID-19 Case — December 31, 2020

To our Members, Owners and Customers of Prairie Co-operative LTD,

An employee at our Fort Qu'Appelle Marketplace location informed us that they received a positive test result for COVID-19. Our team member last worked on December 18 from 9am - 10am, and has been self-isolating since then.  

Prairie Co-op will follow the direction of the Saskatchewan Health Authority as is provided. The health and safety of our team members and our customers is paramount as we provide essential goods to our communities, while we face this challenge together.

Our priority remains to serve our friends and neighbours while keeping our team members and customers safe and healthy. Positive COVID-19 Case  December 23, 2020

To our Members, Owners and Customers of Prairie Co-operative LTD,

An employee at our Fort Qu'Appelle Home Centre location informed us that they received a positive test result for COVID-19. Our team member last worked on December 23 from 8:30am - 11am, and has been self-isolating since then.  While in the building on December 23, this employee was not in any retail areas, had no contact with any customers, and was not in close proximity to any team members.  

Prairie Co-op will follow the direction of the Saskatchewan Health Authority as is provided. The health and safety of our team members and our customers is paramount as we provide essential goods to our communities, while we face this challenge together.

Our priority remains to serve our friends and neighbours while keeping our team members and customers safe and healthy. Positive  COVID-19 Case — November 29, 2020

An employee at our Cupar location informed us that they received a positive test result for COVID-19 late Saturday evening. Our team member last worked on November 26 from 8 am - 2 pm, and has been self-isolating since, and will continue to do so until December 11 as instructed by the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Please note, the Team Member is an Ag product specialist and does not meet with the general public at large.
