Change is coming to Co-op Cardlocks!

Co-op is committed to continuously improving the systems and services that support you — our valued members. Co-op is introducing an upgrade to the Co-op Cardlock system that will implement real-time credit authorization at the time of fueling.

This means that each Cardlock transaction will be approved based on your current available Co-op credit account balance. This enhancement helps protect our account from unauthorized or fraudulent activity and ensures secure, accurate account management.

To ensure a smooth transition and limit disruptions we encourage all members to review their current credit limit and confirm that it accurately reflects their typical or highest monthly usage.

Need an Increase?

If you believe an adjustment is needed, complete the Application for a Credit Limit Increase attached below and return it to Prairie Co-op. You can return by email to credit@prairie.crs or in person at any of our locations. Our credit team will review your request to ensure your limit is appropriate before this change takes effect.
